Our mission
We exist to give Microsoft 365 subscribers a clear, honest place to share their experiences and find practical help. Millions of people pay for Office 365 subscriptions and many struggle to cancel, get refunds, or resolve billing disputes. We publish step-by-step guides checked against Microsoft's official documentation, and we give consumers a voice when things go wrong.
What we do
We publish independent guides on cancellation, refunds, billing disputes, installation, and account access. We collect and moderate consumer reviews of Microsoft 365. We maintain a public complaints register for unresolved cases. All guides are reviewed at least every six months and cross-referenced against Microsoft's official support pages.
